Payments and security

Payment takes place on MarrakechLocal’s secure page (checkout.marrakechlocal.com). Card details are entered into a form provided by our payment processor, Stripe; they do not pass through our servers and we do not store them. Your bank may ask for extra authentication (3-D Secure). We check the payment status, amount and currency before confirming the sale.

The final service total is displayed and charged in EUR before acceptance. Official admission information in MAD is a separate reference and our price may be higher. We add no site fee after the accepted total. Your bank may apply currency-conversion charges. The Ministry portal offers official tariff information and the option to buy directly.

The statement descriptor depends on MarrakechLocal LLC’s Stripe account configuration. If you do not recognise a charge, send support the date, amount and reference, never a complete card number or security code. Contact us to clarify the transaction; your rights with your bank remain unaffected.

Request cancellation or a refund at [email protected] or WhatsApp +212 607 223008 with your booking reference. Due refunds return to the original payment method. Stripe and the bank determine when funds appear; we cannot guarantee the credit date. This interface does not issue refunds automatically.
