MarrakechLocal LLC is your contracting party for the Volubilis service. This private Wyoming company does not represent the monument, its management or Morocco’s Ministry of Culture and claims no appointment by them.

We arrange the purchase and delivery of Volubilis admission tickets on your instruction, with WhatsApp support before and during your visit. Only expressly described services are included. Transport, a human guide, audio guide and priority access are excluded. Actual validity follows the ticket and monument conditions; we do not promise undated validity or admission on another day.

The final service total is displayed and charged in EUR before acceptance. Official admission information in MAD is a separate reference and our price may be higher. We add no site fee after the accepted total. Your bank may apply currency-conversion charges. The Ministry portal offers official tariff information and the option to buy directly.

Orders are placed on checkout.marrakechlocal.com, the booking and payment page of MarrakechLocal LLC. There you choose the date and number of visitors and enter your full name and email. Review the details before paying. You accept the terms and expressly ask us to prepare the service. A paid order is confirmed by email once payment is verified. The accepted text, its version and the time of acceptance are kept with the order.

A confirmation email with your reference is sent as soon as payment is verified. Your tickets, as QR codes, are then emailed to the address you gave at checkout; if you gave a phone number and ask for it, they can also be sent by WhatsApp. Nothing is posted and there are no delivery fees. If you have received nothing 48 hours before your visit, check your spam folder and contact us: we will resend the tickets, to another address if needed.

Cancel without fees for a full refund until the tickets have been sent. After dispatch, the booking is non-refundable under our commercial policy, subject to the exceptions below and applicable mandatory rights. The initial confirmation email does not close this window: ticket dispatch does.

A full refund remains available if we fail to supply tickets before the visit, provide incorrect or unusable tickets for your order, or make an error we cannot correct. It also applies where a monument closure prevents use of the service during your stay. Contact us with the reference and relevant evidence; we review the issue without excluding statutory rights.

Before dispatch, request date or quantity changes without a change fee, subject to availability. Any price difference is paid or refunded. After dispatch, changes depend on the actual ticket and monument conditions and are not guaranteed. Personal non-attendance does not make a delivered booking refundable, subject to applicable rights.

We are responsible for properly performing the described service and for our own errors. Monument management controls access, capacity and visiting rules; observe them and verify important information before travelling. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. Closure or service failure is handled under the refund exceptions.

For a complaint, contact support with the reference, date and relevant evidence. The team is available 09:00–21:00, GMT+1, seven days a week. Request a written explanation where needed. We seek a direct solution without preventing recourse to a bank, authority or competent dispute-resolution body.

Wyoming law is chosen without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or competent courts in their country where applicable. A checkbox does not itself remove statutory rights. The version and wording accepted when ordering are retained with the order; later changes do not apply retroactively.
